House Store provides prefab construction based on contemporary technology which enables us to produce a typical house at our factory within 2 weeks; then, deliver the building designed- per-order to the client’s plot, and, finally install the building at the customer location within 1-2 days.
Based on the manufacturing technology which House Store uses, clients can order modules of various sizes, starting from 3×5 meters to 3×12 meters, and a height of up to 3 m – all to form houses and other buildings of different sizes, looks and functionalities.
Client orders for a modular house or building may start as low as 15 square-meter constructions, and can go up as high as 4-floor-buildings, spread on an unlimited area, depending upon customer project specifications.

Production Capacity
House Store manufacturing facilities are based in the southeast European city of Prishtina, capital of the Republic of Kosovo. House Store past three years, has successfully installed 49 houses and buildings spanning more than 11500 square meters of constructed space, and the company has multiple projects currently in various stages of production.
Thanks to our facilities in Southeast Europe, House Store can now produce over 3400 square meters per month, and quickly reach customers in EMEA, US and Canada.
Years of innovative R&D, combined with extensive testing of materials and constructions used, has enabled House Store to develop considerable capacities for modular in-factory production of fully ready houses and buildings that homeowners, businesses and organizations can enjoy for generations.
